SALMON IN WHITE SAUCE
STEP 1
Dissolve White Sauce in 300cc (1 ½ cup approx.) of cold milk.
STEP 2
Bring to a boil until it boils, stirring constantly. Cook for 3 minutes over low heat.

Serve immediately over the salmon and accompany with potato croquettes Mrs Petra.
