Thank you for visiting and shopping at Mrs Petra Food Factory. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. To ensure the freshness of our products and increase the chances of on-time delivery, we only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays. Any order placed before 4:00 p.m. EST on Monday or Tuesday will be shipped the same day, as long as it falls within our processing time
.Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. EST, or on any other day (Wednesday through Sunday), will be shipped on the following Monday or Tuesday.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
 Since Mrs. Petra Food Factory offers frozen products, we use UPS Next Day and UPS 2-Day Shipping for all our orders.
Shipping is included—it's completely free. There are no additional charges at checkout.
The products are sent in special boxes for frozen and cold packs are included to maintain their temperature during shipment. This ensures that products arrive in optimal condition and retain their freshness. Our priority is to ensure that food is delivered in perfect condition for your enjoyment.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy Currently, we do not ship outside the United States.
